As an update, it seems that the large spikes have eased off for most of the affected realms. This is not the case for a handful of realms, such as Frostwolf. We continue to look into this issue and as soon as I receive further updates, I'll provide everyone with additional information. It appears to be an issue local to New Zealand.

I'm sorry to hear that you might've had some issues with latency, Maharét. Providing the best experiene we can for all our players is a top priority, but we're in a greater position to provide direct assistance in some situations more than others. Also, while there are certainly geographical issues that come into play, some ISPs provide better connectivity to North America than others. If you are experiencing consistent latency above 'normal' levels, please include your ISP when posting in this thread.
