[BUG] Name Plates not working

Just did a random, got ToC. Name plates were not working. Sometimes they showed up, most of the time they didn't. Tried pressing V 20 times and different times throughout, checked my keybindings, nothing helped.

Also checked in the interface options for Enemy Units and it was checked to show them for everything. I tried unchecking it and rechecking it. No help.

This happened all night in Ulduar as well and many people in vent were complaining of the same thing.
