Flying in Silvermoon City, 4.0.1 Already.

Hey Guys,

Just thought I'd bring this to the attention of the Blizzard Staff, but someone is flying in Silvermoon City on my server.

I asked a few questions of said person to knock a few things out.

He can only fly in SIlvermoon City and Ghostlands.
When he went to Undercity he claims he was attacked by the Undercity Guards and killed.
He came back to Silvermoon City re-mounted and flew around.
He stated that he had not went to a trainer for this, and that he speculated that it was due to his mount being on his action bar, very bottom space of the 2 right action bars on the side of the screen.

I do have a screenshot that I can post, just don't know if it is legal to post it on the forums with names and such.
