Are ALL blizzcon tickets e-mailed?

This is going to be a dumb question but I'm a first time Blizzcon-goer. The tickets were a present to me from my family and I figured everything would be sorted out and they would be shipped to our house, but now it's 8 days until the event and we've apparently heard nothing.

Are all of the tickets e-mailed? Did they get lost in the mail? I'm stressing out because that's a lot of money down the drain if they somehow got lost. I'm going to have to figure out what account/e-mail they were bought with if so.

Remember that only the person who purchased the ticket will be able to print them out from there.
