Why is moving around in WOW making me sick?

Since the patch, running around on foot or on a mount is making me dizzy and nauseous? I hear that the graphics were changed. Is anyone else having this trouble and any advice on how to make it stop?

Hrm. Usually this is a framerate thing. Do you have vsync enabled? If not, give it a go.
