Am I the only one that is utterly confused and lost with all these changes? I logged onto my druid and I was like... ummm what do i do? lol

One step at a time. We've put out a lot of information about the changes ourselves and there is a lot more out there from others who are playing your class. Just take your time to experiment a bit and get used to the changes. There's no rush and I'm sure you'll get your groove back.
