Dear Hilton hotel management,
Im not sure who the moron was that thought it would be a good idea to deny people enterance on to your pool deck without a room key, but bravo. You've managed to alienate the primary reason people are prepared to pay $250/night for your sub-luxury hotel, and also served to completely incapacitate and flood your hotel lobby. Now, im sure the fire marshall wont mind three thousand people sitting on the main floor of your hotel, but perhaps you should consider the impact your poor decisions might have on future occupancy. Whatever some moron you employ was thinking, im confident you would be better off without him. Instead, you've irritated two thousand nerds. Good game. |
