If you are receiving the message "World Server Is Down" when trying to access one or more of your characters; please be aware of the following:

It is possible that your specific realm is experiencing some technical related issues. We suggest you first visit our Realm Status forum at https://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/board.html?forumId=11113. Check for any posts with information on your specific realm.

If you do not see any information posted; wait a few minutes and try to log in with the character again. If you are still unable to access the character; please log in with another character and page a GM. The in game support team should be able to assist you with this issue.
