poor customer service response to GM ticket

i opened a ticket yesterday about berserker rage not working in the underbog when some kind of fel ray feared me. the description is. Enter a berserker rage, removing and granting immunity to fear, sap and incapacitating effects and generating extra rage when taking damage. lasts 10 sec.

gm Epparycles gave me a copy and paste response. gave me no info or even a chance to fill out a survey to tell blizz how that GM is worthless.

remember blizz you are releasing a new expansion and bug reports like this can help you out.

GM's like Epparycles should not be GM''s

I'm looking at your in game petition and you were informed that this was a known issue, Jondus.

The development Team is aware of this issue and we are currently working on a solution. We will post any new workarounds, hotfix ETA’s, or in-game developments on the forums as soon as they are available (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com).

After further looking into this issue, there is something I need to clarify,

Berserker Rage - Enter a berserker rage, removing and granting immunity to Fear, Sap and Incapacitate effects

Fen Ray's use Psychic Horror which is not the same as fear. The spell won't be broken.
